Welcome to PredictivePipeline. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PredictivePipeline website, services, communications, and any related paid or unpaid offerings made available by PredictivePipeline (“PredictivePipeline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, submitting your information, booking a call, purchasing access, signing a proposal, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

PredictivePipeline is a strategic introductions business. We selectively route relevant opportunities and facilitate commercial matchmaking between qualified parties where there is a clear fit. We operate as a connector between operators, firms, and counterparties that should know each other but likely do not yet.

PredictivePipeline makes strategic introductions, selectively routes relevant opportunities, and supports commercial matchmaking between qualified parties. We do not operate as a recruiter, broker-dealer, law firm, investment advisor, freight carrier, 3PL, or agent for either side unless explicitly stated in writing.

PredictivePipeline provides access to curated opportunity flow and selected introductions. We do not guarantee any results. Business decisions are made independently by the parties involved. All deals, contracts, negotiations, and operating relationships are solely between the introduced parties unless otherwise stated in writing.

Any engagement with PredictivePipeline is for access, visibility, and introductions, not control over outcomes. Unless otherwise stated in writing, PredictivePipeline does not represent either party in negotiations, does not manage the commercial relationship after introduction, and does not assume responsibility for execution, performance, payment, or delivery between introduced parties.

Any fee structure, including access fees, fixed-term fees, monthly fees, or success-based compensation, will be set out separately in writing through a proposal, invoice, agreement, or payment link. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable. If a payment obligation applies to an introduction or opportunity originated by PredictivePipeline, that obligation survives any delay, restructuring, or closing that happens outside the original introduction path.

If PredictivePipeline introduces a relationship, surfaces an opportunity, or routes a relevant situation, you agree not to work around PredictivePipeline for the purpose of avoiding an agreed fee or commercial obligation. This includes doing so through affiliates, related entities, employees, or delayed timing. If PredictivePipeline was the originating source of the relationship, any applicable fee remains due under the governing written agreement.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any introduction, opportunity, or counterparty is right for your business. PredictivePipeline does not provide legal, tax, financial, or operational advice. You are solely responsible for your own diligence, decisions, negotiations, and outcomes.

Any non-public information shared by PredictivePipeline, including counterparties, opportunities, context, deal flow, or commercial positioning, must be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed or used outside the intended evaluation of a potential relationship without prior written consent.

You may not misuse this website, copy or republish its content without permission, interfere with its operation, or use PredictivePipeline materials, positioning, or information for competitive or unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to restrict access at any time.

All content, language, branding, positioning, copy, and materials on this website belong to PredictivePipeline unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reused, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictivePipeline will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, any introduction, or any engagement with our business. Any liability, if established, will be limited to the amount actually paid to PredictivePipeline under the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

PredictivePipeline may decline, pause, or terminate any engagement or website access at any time. Any confidentiality, payment, non-circumvention, and limitation-of-liability provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your interaction with PredictivePipeline will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Illinois, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PredictivePipeline may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or continued engagement after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
